Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant

You'll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment by:

  • Classroom Support: Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning.
  • Pupil Champion: Providing individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
  • Engaging Learning: Contributing to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil.
What We're Looking For
