Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants for flexible roles in Bury and surrounding areas. You’ll work in primary schools, supporting small groups and individuals to help children learn and feel included.

The role offers weekly pay (£470-£570), term-time hours, and options for day-to-day, short-term or long-term placements. Relevant DBS and safeguarding training are provided; join our network to find a school that fits you.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school or similar settings.
• Patient, positive attitude and reliable.
• Willingness to obtain enhanced DBS if not held.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support small groups and individuals to aid learning.
• Help children build confidence and feel included.
• Assist teachers and adapt to different classrooms and activities.
• Participate in school-based activities as required.
