Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in Bolton and surrounding areas. This role offers weekly pay of 470–570, with full-time or flexible hours Monday–Friday during term time.

Roles are day-to-day, short-term or long-term, with the potential to go permanent, starting in November after half term. You’ll support pupils in class, collaborate with teachers, and help create an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school or similar setting.
• Patient, caring and reliable approach.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn (full support provided).

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in class, in small groups and occasionally one-to-one
• Help children stay focused, confident and engaged in their learning
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver lesson plans and activities

The Role

• Support pupils in class, in small groups and occasionally one-to-one

Experience in a school is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
