Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking motivated Teaching Assistants to work in Bolton and surrounding areas. Roles are flexible, with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements in local primary schools.

You will support children in small groups and individually, helping them learn, build confidence, and feel included. Roles are paid weekly (470–570) and start dates are flexible throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in school or volunteering/placements.
• Able to stay patient and positive in classroom settings.
• Reliable with good communication; DBS updated or willing to obtain DBS.

Responsibilities

We're Looking For

• Experience with children, in school or elsewhere (volunteering and placements count)
• A patient, positive approach
• Reliability and good communication
• Willingness to work towards an enhanced DBS if you don't already have one
