Job summary

Key-Stage Teacher Supply is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across Primary Schools in Lancaster and South Cumbria. You will support children's learning, development and wellbeing in varied classroom settings.

Responsibilities include in-class support, small group and 1:1 work, monitoring progress, fostering a safe inclusive environment and promoting positive behaviour strategies. DBS checks encouraged.

Qualifications

• Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 1–3) is preferred but not essential.
• Experience working with primary aged children (ideally in a school setting).
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one).

Key-Stage Teacher Supply is currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of Primary Schools across Lancaster and South Cumbria. This opportunity gives you the chance to support children’s learning, development and well-being in a variety of different school settings and classroom environments.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
