Job summary

The Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant role in Claygate, Kingston Borough, is a welcoming primary school opportunity to support children in Nursery/Reception and contribute to early phonics and language development.

The successful candidate will hold Level 3 in Childcare/EYFS, have EYFS experience, and work as part of a nurturing team to create a safe, stimulating learning environment with strong teamwork and reliability.

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Claygate is seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children at the early stages of their education within a well:established and nurturing Early Years setting.

The Role

• Supporting children across Nursery/Reception
• Delivering engaging, play:based learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
• Supporting early phonics, language and social development
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
