Job summary

St Andrew's Church of England Primary School in Kettering invites applications for two Teaching Assistant Level 2 positions. The roles are 29 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, with permanent and fixed-term options to 31/08/2027. The post carries Grade D3-4 (£25,614 FTE, £16,842.90 actual per annum).

Qualifications

• Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their role in education and contribution to our whole school community
• Can work creatively with the teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment, meeting the needs of the pupils and curriculum
• Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly, and independently
• Shows initiative and creativity in different learning situations
• Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
• Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare- both at home and in school.
