Job summary

Fulford School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a growing team. You will support teaching and learning under the teacher's guidance, help manage pupils with additional needs, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

The role emphasises safeguarding and promoting student welfare while helping learners reach their full potential. Part-time positions are available with flexible hours.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Some understanding and practical experience in supporting children's development, including behaviour strategies.

Responsibilities

Part time positions available: Hours/Days to be discussed at interview. We understand the importance of flexibility and a healthy work life balance. We are more than happy to discuss your preferred days/hours to see if we can accommodate these. We would be looking for a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
