Randstad UK is supporting primary schools around Harleston and the South Norfolk area in sourcing dedicated Teaching Assistants. Roles include day-to-day cover or longer-term placements to suit your schedule.

Ideal candidates have experience with EYFS to KS2, strong literacy/numeracy support, and a patient, adaptable approach. DBS checks are required or to be obtained. Competitive pay awaits.

Qualificações

• GCSE English and Maths (C/4) or equivalent preferred.

• Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour per school policies.
• Supervise during break times, lunchtimes, and school trips as needed.

What We Look For:

• Previous experience supporting children in an educational, childcare, nursery, or community setting.

• A warm, patient, and encouraging approach with strong communication skills.

• Good standards of literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths preferred).

• An adaptable, proactive attitude with the ability to step into different primary classrooms with confidence.

• A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
