Randstad Education is partnering with a welcoming network of primary schools near Longstanton to recruit a proactive Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with 1:1, small groups or whole-class activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with primary-aged children (in schools, early years settings, youth groups, or care environments).

• A patient, warm, and approachable personality with a proactive approach to supporting classroom activities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build quick, positive rapport with staff and young learners.

• Basic understanding of primary literacy and numeracy techniques (experience with phonics programs is a bonus).

• A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
