The ideal SEN TA will be caring, dedicated, and committed; confident in supporting the child's needs. The successful SEN TA will be able to build rapport well and become an excellent role model.
This mixed comprehensive secondary school based in the London borough of Redbridge caters to ages of 11-18 with a focus upon providing a highly aspirational, well‑rounded education for all students. Catering to all of its 850 students, this school prides itself upon great enrichment opportunities which come from academic success. While each student has particular needs and abilities the school has a personalised curriculum that allows students to maximise results. The use of classroom capacity is efficient, allowing a high standard of teaching and learning which influences the delivery of curriculum to both GCSE and A-level.
