Qualiteach Education Group is recruiting a dedicated SEN TA for a mixed secondary school in the London Borough of Redbridge. The role involves supporting a secondary student with Autism on a 1:1 basis, helping with learning, behaviour, and growth in a challenging but rewarding environment.

A September start is expected, with daily rate of £95–£115 and an Enhanced DBS is required. The successful candidate will be caring, reliable and able to build rapport quickly, acting as a positive role model

About the role - SEN TA

I am currently working with this secondary school based in Redbridge who are looking for an experienced SEN TA who is confident and comfortable working 1:1 with a secondary aged student that has Autism. The ideal SEN TA will be caring, dedicated, and committed; confident in supporting the child's needs. The successful SEN TA will be able to build rapport well and become an excellent role model.
