Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN TA for a Redbridge mixed secondary school starting September. The role involves supporting a student with Autism on a 1:1 basis, building rapport and aiding inclusion.

The school serves ages 11-18 with around 850 students and offers enrichment and a personalised curriculum. An Enhanced DBS is required; daily rate offered at £95–£115.

About the role - SEN TA

I am currently working with this secondary school based in Redbridge who are looking for an experienced SEN TA who is confident and comfortable working 1:1 with a secondary aged student that has Autism. The ideal SEN TA will be caring, dedicated and committed; confident in supporting the child's needs. The successful SEN TA will be able to build rapport well and become an excellent role model.
