Your Role:

• Supporting students in their learning across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, and Science

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help

• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Helping with classroom organisation and admin tasks as needed

What We re Looking For:

• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (preferred, but not essential)

• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their potential

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; further qualifications are a bonus
