Job summary

Clockwork Education is assisting a welcoming school in the Durham area to find a general cover Teaching Assistant to start immediately on a full-time basis. You will provide general support to pupils across the National Curriculum and work with both small groups and individuals as needed.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a supporting role, confidence with small groups of children, and hold a Level 2 Qualification.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a supporting role.
• Confident and experienced in working with small groups of children.
• Level 2 Qualification.
• Provide 2 references, preferably from an educational background.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure.

• To use own initiative and have the ability to change plans accordingly
