Job summary

Clockwork Education have been approached by a welcoming school in Newton Aycliffe to recruit an EYFS/KS1 Teaching Assistant to support learners. You will join a friendly team and work with a dedicated consultant who will support you throughout the placement.

The role is five days a week, starting ASAP, with a view to an extension beyond October half term. You will work with small groups (and sometimes one-to-one) to help children achieve targets, record progress, and adapt activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification within EYFS
• Ability to provide 2 x educational based references
• Confident and experienced in working with small groups of children
• Excellent numeracy and literacy knowledge
• Good behaviour management

Clockwork Education have been approached by a lovely, welcoming school in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham to assist them to find a EYFS/Key Stage 1 based Teaching Assistant to support them.
The role will be starting ASAP at least and will involve you working 5 days a week until October half term atleast with the view to be extended.
