Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd in Northumberland is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support both supply and long-term cover across primary schools. The role involves assisting in classrooms, supporting pupils working below the expected level, and delivering small intervention groups.

The ideal candidate will have EYFS-KS2 experience, hold at least Level 2 teaching qualifications, and be capable of working independently and within a team.

The School and Role

Vison for Education work alongside WISE academies and are seeking to employ a Teaching Assistant support both supply cover and long term cover across their primary schools. The successful candidate will be expected to work across, offering general support and small intervention groups to pupils who are working below the expected level.

Requirements

• Have experience of working across EYFS-KS2.
• Hold a Level 2 Teaching Qualification or above.
• Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Have an ability to offer differentiated learning and support pupils with SEND.
