Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity to support children in their education journey? Look no further! Zest Education is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a variety of secondary schools in Coventry.


Responsibilities:
  1. Foster class engagement and ensure active participation in lessons
  2. Support the development of independence among students
  3. Assist in the preparation and utilization of learning resources
  4. Provide one-to-one and group support to students across different age groups

Requirements:
  1. NVQ Level 2 qualification (or above) in a relevant subject OR minimum of 20 days of recent experience working with children or young adults
  2. Confident, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to diverse learning needs
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Flexibility to work with students of all age ranges
  5. Proactive, energetic, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment
