Richard Lee Primary School is seeking an excellent teaching assistant for Key Stage Two. The role is 35 hours per week, term time only plus training days, with a pro rata salary of £21,355 to reflect hours worked.

You will support learning across KS2, work with SEND and vulnerable pupils in small groups or 1:1, observe and track progress, and collaborate with staff and families to raise aspirations and achievement.

FTE £26,016 - (Pro Rata £21,355 to hours and weeks worked)

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday- 8:15am to 3:45pm Wednesday - 8:15am - 4:15pm & Friday8:30am - 3:30pm

We are looking to appoint an excellent teaching assistant to work as part of our friendly, dedicated and hardworking team in Key Stage Two. You would be a crucial part of our drive to secure a high quality of education for every child at Richard Lee ensuring that all our children are proud of themselves as individuals and proud of all that they achieve.

Our successful candidate will be a motivated professional who will work collaboratively within our staff team. You will be able to inspire and motivate our children and support them in making excellent progress in both their learning and with their personal development. They will also be working with and supporting our SEND and vulnerable pupils in small group interventions or on a one-to-one basis. This may include working with children with EHC plans. They will also have the ability to nurture strong and positive relationships with staff, children and families to raise aspiration and improve achievement for all.
