Set in the heart of the Rutland countryside, Stretton Shires School is an independent day school catering for autistic young people and those with associated needs, offering specialist secondary education for students aged 11-18.
Established in 2005, we are currently growing our day student numbers, meaning we are continually recruiting passionate and dedicated staff to support our growth aspirations.

At Outcomes First Schools, we provide specialist education for learners who need a deeper level of understanding, expertise and support than mainstream education can typically offer. We support students with a wide range of complex, co‑occurring and neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and communication needs dyslexia and experiences of trauma or adversity.
