Job summary

Outcomes First Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Unqualified Teacher for 3 Dimensions School in Chard, Somerset. This permanent role is 40 hours per week with a salary of £40,000 per annum (not pro rata).

You will deliver engaging, personalised lessons and help students overcome barriers to learning. Within a specialist setting you will plan, deliver and adapt lessons, monitor progress and contribute to education plans.

Qualifications

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for learning.
  • Experience working with students in education, youth work, training or similar.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students through creative teaching approaches.
  • Nurturing, patient and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Confidence in assessing progress and supporting individual learning goals.
  • Full UK Driving Licence

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Unqualified Teacher to join our dedicated team. Working within a specialist setting, you will plan and deliver creative lessons that spark curiosity, encourage participation and support progress. You'll take the time to understand each student as an individual, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and helping them develop both academically and personally.

As part of a collaborative and supportive multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to education plans, monitor progress, support reviews and work closely with colleagues, families and external professionals to ensure every student receives the very best opportunities to succeed.

3 Dimensions School is a specialist independent school for children and young people aged 7-25 with a range of complex learning, communication, social, emotional and mental health needs.
