Job summary

Luma Education in Chigwell, Essex is seeking enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Support Assistants to join a forward‑thinking educational setting. You’ll help pupils access learning, support SEND needs, and work toward HLTA‑level responsibilities.

Depending on your experience, you could work as a:

You’ll work alongside teaching and SEND staff to help pupils access learning, overcome individual barriers and develop greater confidence and independence.
