Job summary

As part of the team you’ll deliver 1:1 and small-group support, adapt resources, encourage confidence, and collaborate with teachers to identify where extra help is needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Patient and encouraging approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a classroom team.
• Understanding of SEND or additional learning needs.
• Creativity when adapting activities and resources.
• Willingness to continue developing professionally.
• Relevant education, SEND or Teaching Assistant qualifications preferred, though experience also valued.
• Candidates with stronger classroom experience may be considered for HLTA opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group support.
