Job summary

Cumbria Education Trust seeks a dedicated individual to join our school community in Carlisle. The role offers 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a 38+1 weeks term structure and a paid base aligned to school requirements.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and contribute to a supportive team environment. You will support learners to achieve well, be self-motivated and reliable, and actively engage in collaborative work within the whole school

• Salary: £26,847FTE (Actual annual salary: £20,170)
• Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 44.600
