Job summary

Workington Academy seeks an enthusiastic teacher to join our Cumbria-based team within the Cumbria Education Trust. The role runs to a 30.25-hour week, Monday to Friday, with term weeks and paid weeks outlined for the academic year.

You will help create an outstanding, inclusive learning environment that supports every pupil's progress. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, set high expectations for learners and be self-motivated, adaptable and reliable.

Job description

• Hours of work: 30.25
• Term weeks: 38 + 2 weeks school closure, minimum paid weeks of 45.797 per academic year
• Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
