Teaching Assistant – Full Time | Temp to Perm | Surrey

Location: Hambledon, near Godalming, Surrey

Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity in a specialist education setting?

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected specialist school in Surrey that supports children and young people aged 7–19 with a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing, multidisciplinary environment where every day makes a real difference.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils both in and out of the classroom. You will help create a positive, engaging learning environment, encourage independence, and provide tailored support to enable every pupil to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with their learning and personal development.
