Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Ringwood is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming school. You will assist with lessons, provide 1:1 and small-group learning, and help pupils develop confidence inside and outside the classroom.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff, promote positive behaviour and inclusion, and contribute to interventions. Experience with children is valued; DBS checks and safeguarding training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, positive approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
