Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our network across Bridgend and surrounding areas. You will support pupils in primary settings and assist the class teacher.

We offer full-time positions and flexible day-to-day supply work to match your availability. Opportunities span all primary key stages, including 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs, and a supportive consultant network to help you thrive in your role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children.
• Experience can be voluntary, school-based, or from transferable roles (youth work, care, coaching, etc.).
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development.

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
