Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Brecon and surrounding areas. You will support teachers, assist with lessons, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

We offer flexible full‑time or part‑time placements, long‑term roles or day‑to‑day supply. Benefits include training, ongoing consultant support, and weekly PAYE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children (voluntary, school‑based, or transferable roles)
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Being caring, reliable, and ready to make a difference in the classroom
