Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Salford is assisting a welcoming primary school to recruit a Teaching Assistant. You will join a friendly team, helping pupils grow in confidence and enjoy learning each day.

The role is long-term with real potential to become permanent. You will support pupils in class, groups and occasionally one-to-one, reinforcing focus and engagement while working with the class teacher to deliver activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in school or similar setting.
• Patient, caring and reliable approach.
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn; full support provided.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in class, in small groups and occasionally one-to-one.

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester
Pay: 470- 570 per week (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, term time
Contract: Ongoing, with the potential to go permanent

The Role

• Support pupils in class, in small groups and occasionally one-to-one

We're Looking For
