Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a primary school in Croydon. You will support children in Nursery/Reception, delivering engaging activities, and fostering early language and numeracy skills.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 EY qualification, have EYFS experience, and be DBS-checked or willing to obtain one. This full-time role offers ongoing support from a dedicated consultant and potential routes into permanent positions.

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

£95 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Full-time | Immediate Start

We're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join one of our lovely primary schools in Croydon.

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands how important those early years are. You'll be supporting children in Nursery or Reception, helping them learn through play, build confidence, and settle into school life.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting children in Nursery or Reception


• Helping to deliver fun and engaging learning activities


• Encouraging children's social, emotional and language development


• Supporting phonics, early reading and number work


• Working with small groups and individual pupils when needed


• Assisting with observations and learning records


• Creating a safe, positive and nurturing environment
