Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join South Nottinghamshire Academy. You will work as part of a team, supporting pupils with learning needs under the direction of teachers and the Headteacher. This role requires empathy, reliability and a commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll: work within the school/unit as part of a team, under the general direction of the Headteacher who will be responsible for the overall policy of the educational programme and for matters of control and discipline within the appropriate articles of Government.
You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, under the leadership and supervision of the teacher. In co-operation with the teacher and under the agreed educational plan, the postholder will work to a level reflected by the grade of the post.
