Job summary

Barkerend Primary Leadership Academy is looking for a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils, helping create an outstanding learning environment and positive outcomes for young people. You will develop relationships across the school and the broader Star community, and work collaboratively with colleagues to support teaching and learning.

The role requires you to support pupils in one-to-one, small group, and whole-class settings, and to maintain positive relationships

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
• Experience of working with children in a school setting.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils and other adults.
• Ability to work with pupils one-to-one, in small groups and in class.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
