Teaching Assistant - Boston

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Salary: £93 - £110 per day, depending on experience
Start Date: September 2026

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Boston.

Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them get the most out of their education? GSL Education is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within a school in Boston. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a positive difference in the classroom.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide additional assistance to pupils, helping them remain engaged, confident and focused on their learning. The successful candidate will be approachable, patient and able to build positive relationships with pupils of different abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs would be an advantage.
