Job summary

Simply Education Ltd. is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant in Boston. The role offers day-to-day cover as well as full-time, part-time, short-term and long-term placements across local primary schools starting September 2026.

You will support children's learning, require a patient and adaptable approach, and work closely with teachers and school staff to promote development and inclusive education. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
• Level2/3 TA qualification is desirable but not essential with suitable experience.
• Patient, nurturing and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Primary Teaching Assistant

Boston | £85 - £102 per day

Simply Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities, including work on a basis of day-to-day cover, full-time, part-time, short-term, and long-term within welcoming and supportive primary schools in and around Boston from September2026.

What We're Looking For?

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is essential.
• Holds a relevant Level2 or Level3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential with suitable experience).
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for education and child development.
