We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Teacher Practitioner / Learning Coach who enjoys helping adult learners succeed. You'll be a confident communicator with a supportive and empathetic approach, able to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every learner feels valued.
You'll have experience using digital learning technologies to enhance teaching and understand the importance of quality assurance, safeguarding, equality, and supporting learners throughout their learning journey. You'll also be confident embedding English, maths and digital skills into your teaching where appropriate.
To be successful, you'll hold (or be working towards) a Level 4 teaching qualification, along with a relevant Level 3 qualification or higher in your specialist subject. A minimum Level 2 qualification in English and maths (or a willingness to achieve this) is also required. As the role involves delivering learning across the Borough, you'll need to be flexible and able to travel to different locations, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet service needs., Applicants for this public-facing post will need to demonstrate the ability to converse, and provide effective help or advice, fluently in spoken English
