Job summary

Luton Borough Council is seeking a Teacher Practitioner / Learning Coach to inspire adults across Skills, Apprenticeships and Tailored Learning programmes. You will deliver engaging teaching, lead workshops and provide guidance to help learners build skills and confidence.

You will use digital learning tools, embed English, maths and digital skills, and maintain quality, safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Level 4 teaching qualification (or working towards).
• Level 3 qualification or higher in your specialist subject.
• Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and maths.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching and lead interactive workshops.
• Provide ongoing guidance to help learners build skills and confidence.
• Embed English, maths and digital skills where appropriate.
• Travel to different locations across the Borough as needed.
