Job summary

Rawmarsh Community School is seeking a Teacher who will plan, prepare and deliver lessons that bring the National Curriculum to life. You will ensure exceptional progress for every student and tailor instruction to individual needs within a supportive school environment.

The successful candidate must hold QTS and be ready to contribute to a collaborative team focused on high standards of teaching and pupil outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and prepare engaging, industry-relevant courses and lessons
• Adaptive Teaching: Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to the specific educational needs of the pupils assigned to you.
• Assessment & Feedback: Set and mark work completed in School and elsewhere, providing constructive feedback that helps pupils refine their craft.
• Progress Monitoring: Meticulously assess, record, and report on pupil development and attainment in strict accordance with School policy.
• Mentoring: Collaborate with pupils and parents to set ambitious, achievable short-term learning targets that take prior attainment into account.
