Job description

We are keen to appoint a qualified teacher who is either primary trained or who has SEN experience to work with individuals and groups of pupils, under the guidance of the SENCO.As a thriving school we have a fundamental commitment to inclusive education that meets the needs of all students. Our school community includes resourced provisions for deaf students and students with Autism and a specialist SEN nurture group. Our exciting and creative approach to learning cultivates growing intellectual curiosity and a sense of enquiry. Students are encouraged to develop as confident and independent learners.

The successful candidate will have the ability to plan, organise and deliver effective schemes of work, assess and report on progress as well as to work effectively with parents/carers and other professionals. This person will need to have evidence of ambition and a commitment to continuing professional development and will have a belief in the unlimited potential of every student.
