A leading educational institution in Middlesbrough is seeking a passionate Teacher of English to join their dynamic team. The role involves delivering a rich curriculum for KS3 and KS4 students and contributing to the development of A Level English. The English department provides an exciting curriculum for all KS3 and KS4 students in the Academy. In Years 7 - 9, students study a wide range of texts and genres before progressing to the AQA GCSE courses in English Language and Literature from Year 10. At Sixth Form, the department currently offers A Level English Language and Literature.
The department is led by the Head of Department, supported by coordinators for each Key Stage.
