Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and preparing courses and lessons.
  • Teaching students according to their educational needs, including setting and marking work both in school and externally.
  • Assessing, recording, and reporting on students' development, progress, and attainment in line with school policy.
  • Setting short-term learning targets with students and, where possible, involving parents, considering prior attainment.
