This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher with a genuine passion for food and nutrition to join a supportive school and inspire students across the curriculum.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Food Preparation & Nutrition / Food Technology.
• Ability to teach to GCSE level.
• A genuine passion for Food, Nutrition and Design & Technology.
• Strong communication, organisational and classroom management skills.
• ECTs are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver creative and engaging Food Preparation & Nutrition lessons.
• Teach across the secondary age range, including GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition.
• Inspire students to develop their practical skills, knowledge and enthusiasm for food and nutrition.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs and abilities of individual students.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the DT department and wider school.
• Maintain strong classroom management and a safe, purposeful learning environment.
