Job summary

Lotus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to join a specialist education setting. You will empower children and young people with additional needs, helping them build confidence and life skills.

You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, create an inclusive learning environment, and work with support staff, therapists and families to develop personalised strategies that enable every pupil to succeed. QTS or equivalent is required, with experience in SEND preferred.

The Role

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Support pupils with a range of needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Communication and interaction difficulties
• Learning difficulties and associated needs

• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists and families
• Develop personalised learning strategies that enable every pupil to succeed
• Celebrate progress, no matter how big or small

What We're Looking For
