Salary: MPS/UPS+ SEN 1 plus Regional Allowance £1000 per annum

Hoursof work: FullTime, 35 hours per week

TheRole

We are currently recruiting for aninspirational and creative Class Teacher to join the school. This is an exciting opportunity to be part ofsomething special and change the lives of vulnerable young people.

Reporting to the Assistant orDeputy Principal you will be responsible for the delivery of teaching andlearning within the age range of 8-19 years, following the school’s bespokecurriculum framework, whilst looking for continuous improvement by monitoringand assessing the progress and attainment of our young people. You will linemanage teaching support staff and provide effective communication and guidancesurrounding lesson requirements.

You will work closely with internaland external stakeholders to successfully deliver the vision, ethos, aims andobjectives of the academy. This will enable successful learning and achievementby young people and sustained improvement in their spiritual, moral, social,cultural, mental and physical well-being in preparation for the opportunities,responsibilities and experiences of adult life.
