Job summary

Leigh on Mendip School in the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership is seeking a Class Teacher to join our Year 2 and 3 class. The successful candidate will inspire learners, support high standards and contribute to the wider life of the school.

Start Date: 1st January 2027

Closing Date: Friday 9th October 2026 (9:00am)

Interview Date: Monday 19th October 2026

Salary: MPS 1 - 6 £32,916 - £45,354

Responsible to : Executive Headteacher
