Legends Global operates Stamford Bridge Tea Bar in partnership with Chelsea FC, delivering outstanding hospitality for staff, fans and visitors. The Tea Bar Manager will lead daily operations, manage a team, ensure food safety, stock control and financial performance while maintaining exceptional guest service.

The role requires flexible hours for match days and events, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement in a busy stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing teams within a cafe or high-volume F&B environment.
• Commercially minded with experience budgeting, stock control and driving performance.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced hospitality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of Food Safety, HACCP and Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Tea Bar, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Deliver an efficient operation meeting the needs of Chelsea FC employees, visitors and public.
• Ensure Tea Bar is prepared for daily trading, match days and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and food safety throughout the operation.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience and service standards.
• Support wider Food & Beverage operations during major events.
