Job summary

Legends Global, in partnership with Chelsea Football Club, is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional matchday and event experiences in premium hospitality spaces at Stamford Bridge. You will work across lounges, suites, and hospitality areas, preparing and serving a range of premium beverages while ensuring outstanding guest service.

Role involves evening and weekend shifts aligned to matchdays and stadium events, with pre-employment checks and an induction/interview process at Stamford

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in premium hospitality, hotels, restaurants, stadiums, sports venues or corporate hospitality environments.
• Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service.
• Confident and personable approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume matchday environment while maintaining detail, quality and professionalism.
• Reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium beverages, including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, and hot beverages, to high quality and presentation standards.
• Deliver engaging, knowledgeable, and personalised service to enhance guest experience on matchdays and events.
• Recommend beverages and hospitality offerings with strong product knowledge to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an organised, well-stocked bar and comply with all safety, hygiene, licensing and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house, kitchen and hospitality teams to deliver seamless service and uphold premium standards.

The Role As a Bartender within Chelsea Football Club's premium hospitality areas, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional matchday and event experiences at one of the most iconic venues in sport. Working across premium lounges, suites, and hospitality spaces, you'll prepare and serve a range of premium beverages while providing outstanding guest service. You'll help create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience that reflects the high standards of Chelsea FC and Legends Global.

Recruitment Process Outlined
