Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Tea Bar Manager for Stamford Bridge to lead daily operations from Monday to Friday (7.30–16:30) and on selected match days. You will oversee service delivery, team leadership, stock control, and food safety to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

With a strong hospitality background, you will drive improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with HACCP and health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional service during high-volume events.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in café/high-volume F&B.
• Commercial-minded with budget & stock control experience.
• Strong customer service focus in fast-paced hospitality.
• Solid knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and health & safety regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office and EPOS systems; flexible for match days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Tea Bar, ensuring high service standards and operational excellence.
• Deliver an efficient, customer-focused operation for Chelsea FC employees, visitors, and the public.
• Ensure the Tea Bar is prepared for daily trading, match days and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and food safety throughout the operation.
• Drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience, and service standards.
• Support the wider F&B operation during major events as required.
