Job summary

PwC is seeking a Design Consultant within the Tax Design team, part of the TD&C CoE. You will design and deliver learning programs, work with business SMEs, and translate objectives into impactful learning solutions using modern tools and approaches.

You will coach junior designers, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a fast-paced, evolving learning portfolio that supports PwC's strategic priorities and people development.

Qualifications

• Understanding business objectives and translating into learning objectives.
• Experience designing both face-to-face and digital learning solutions.
• Coaching junior designers and supporting project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative learning programmes across Tax, Legal and Workforce.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure solutions align with priorities.
• Drive quality by reviewing content and embedding best practices.
