Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced Design Consultant to shape and deliver learning strategies across Tax, Legal and Workforce. You will work with business SMEs to translate objectives into engaging learning interventions, combining design methodologies with digital tools to meet learner needs.

You will collaborate with PSL/SDC teams, coach junior designers, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve learning impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business objectives into learning outcomes.
• Ability to design and deliver both face-to-face and digital learning.
• Experience coaching junior designers and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative learning programmes across Tax, Legal and Workforce.
• Partner with stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to identify learning needs.
• Drive quality through evaluation data, and embed inclusive, accessible learning.
• Coach and enable colleagues, supporting project delivery and facilitators.
